Case study

Star Sparkle Cleaning, London

A London cleaning company that wants to win contracts and tenders as well as work in people’s homes. We rebuilt its website around that aim, and the new site went live on 5 November 2026. It is too new to have results, so this page covers what we built and why.

Where it started

Built For People Buying Contracts

The company had a Wix website. A business or building manager comparing cleaners wants to see contract work, the areas covered and a clear way to send a specification, so we organised the new site around those things.

House cleaning for families still has its place on the site, after the commercial work.

The work

What We Did

  1. 1

    Commercial Work First

The homepage opens with contract and office cleaning for businesses and managed buildings, then moves on to house cleaning.

  2. 2

A Clear Way To Send A Tender

Buyers can send their tender straight from the homepage, and the site explains that work is priced from their specification.

  3. 3

A Page For Every London Borough

All 32 boroughs and the City of London have their own page, so a buyer or a household can find their area.

  4. 4

    A Page For Each Service

There are 11 service pages, and the new site has 47 pages in all.

  5. 5

    Nothing Claimed Without Proof

The site says nothing about reviews, prices, insurance or DBS checks until the owner has supplied them. A check in the build stops those claims from slipping in.

Being straight about it

What We Don’t Know Yet

  • There Are No Results Yet

The new site went live on 5 November 2026, which is too recent for Search Console to show anything useful. We will add real figures once it has been live for long enough to read them.

  • The Photos Are Stock

The photos on the site, including the ones in the picture above, are stock photos and do not show the company’s own work. We will swap them when real ones arrive.

  • The Tender Documents Are Still To Come

Buyers usually ask for documents such as insurance and risk assessments. The site will only mention them once the owner has supplied them.
